My web host at http://best-inexpensive-web-hosting.com has never increased my monthly hosting fee of $6.95 since 2001. Yet every year new services are added and all kinds of improvements are implemented related to hardware, software and security. I think this is a good example of a very good web host and I would like to recommend them to everybody.
